- If you decide to return an order that included a free gift promotional item, you must return the free gift as well. Failure to return the gift may result in a charge for the value of the promotional item to the original payment method.
- The returned items, including the promotional gift, must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- In case of a partial return where only some items from the original order are returned, the eligibility of the free gift will be determined based on the remaining items' value. If the retained items do not meet the promotion's requirements, the cost of the gift will be charged.
- If the free gift is not returned or is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.
- This policy applies only to orders that included a free gift as part of a specific promotion. For orders without a promotional gift, our Standard Return Policy applies.
- If the returned order is eligible for a refund, the value of the returned items will be refunded to you in accordance with our standard refund policy.
