We want to get you your Retro51 products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tornado® pen or pencil to good use sooner.
We utilize USPS® and UPS® for domestic shipments within the United States, including most US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
International shipping is available for most countries in the Western Hemisphere, including Canada and Mexico in North America, as well as countries in Central and South America.
ⓘ Canada Customers: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, shipping and delivery to or within Canada may experience significant delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any expected or estimated delivery dates at this time, as we have no control over the current state of postal services.

SHIPPING RATE
For orders over $75, Retro51 offers free domestic U.S. standard shipping. Domestic orders below $75 and International orders will be charged the carrier rate calculated at checkout. To view the shipping rate you may add items to your cart, and through the checkout process may see the different shipping methods and costs before placing an order. Carrier rate calculations vary, and are based on order size and destination of delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
Orders are typically processed within 4 business days*, after receiving your order confirmation email. *Please allow for additional production time for made-to-order products as we ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM CT, it may also need an extra business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. *Additional processing time may be required during peak shipping seasons.
The delivery address is reviewed after a purchase is made and during the processing of the order. All delivery addresses must be within an eligible country and if a non-eligible address is detected, the order will be subject to cancellation.
Once your order ships, you will receive another notification with a tracking number so you may track it at UPS.com, USPS.com or DHL. Note that transit delivery time begins when the order ships, not from the time your order was placed. Additionally, all "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you chose during checkout and where the package is getting delivered to. Retro51 cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and assumes no responsibility for any delays that may occur.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
Route is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.
Route is automatically applied at checkout to all orders made on retro51.com. You can choose to opt-out by toggling the button off for Shipping Protection under the Order Total on the checkout page. Please Note: If you do not choose shipping protection, Retro 1951 is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items on your order, therefore it is highly recommended to leave it on.
Purchase of Route Insurance will provide your order information to Route (name, email, address, order number), in the event that you need to make a claim for a lost or stolen package.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Retro 51 will not be shipping on the following dates in 2025. Similarly, the available shipping carriers are also not expected to make deliveries on those dates. (Refer to the carrier's holiday schedule for accurate details.) Please note order processing and shipping will resume the following business day*.

CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address or if the address on the order is wrong, please contact us immediately (info below). As long as the order has not been shipped, we normally are able to change the address for you. If the order does get shipped, we cannot guarantee we can change the address through the chosen carrier or will receive the package back. If the order gets delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately, we are not responsible and would not be able to offer reimbursement. If the order is returned to us we can re-ship for an additional shipping charge.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
For items purchased through retro51.com, we kindly ask that you initiate the return process within 10 days of the delivery date. If you ordered the item incorrectly or changed your mind about an item, we will consider it a standard return. A standard return will be subject to a flat rate of $7.51 for the cost of the return label, which is deducted from your approved refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please complete the Return Request Form as soon as possible. It will ask for your order information, and you can upload a photo of the item’s condition, if you choose to do so. With a manufacturing product defect, we will issue a return label at no additional cost to you if the completed form is submitted within the 10 days window. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
