Retro 1951, Inc. offers a Limited One-Year Warranty on all Retro51 writing instruments to the original consumer for a period of one year from the date of purchase with the purchased unit free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note that this warranty is void if the pen has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. It's important not to return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased. Retro51 will handle warranty claims directly.
If your pen requires warranty service (less than one year old) or Retro Care¹ on an older model:

- We also have User Guides and other resources with step-by-steps on how to care for and maintain your writing tools.
- Visit our Repair Service page to review the repair service information on your writing instrument and/or to begin the repairs process:
- Majority of repairs are complimentary but may vary depending on the specific issue or parts required.
- We ask is that you cover the cost of the shipping. The Repair Service Shipping purchase covers the shipping to send your item to us for repair and to send the item back to you after repairs are complete.
- Include the item name and a brief description of the repairs during the checkout. This helps our Repairs team know what to look for.
You can be sure that in most cases we will get your pen back into writing mode and enjoy using it for years to come. However, It is important to acknowledge that there may be circumstances beyond our control that could affect the effectiveness of the repair for certain pens. These limitations can vary and are not limited to extensive damage or unavailability of specific parts. We want to assure you that we will maintain open communication with you throughout the process to find the most suitable solution for your pen.
