Fix It, Don’t Retire It — We’ve Got You Covered!
Common Issues - Do It Yourself

Have you changed out the refill of your Rollerball or Ballpoint pen and it no longer works properly? There is a chance the inner spring was installed incorrectly if:
- You are experiencing trouble with screwing the nose cone/tip back on.
- You are trying to deploy the refill after installing new one, and it feel that it's getting stuck.
- You are trying to deploy the refill and it does not extend out all the way.
Fix: The spring hardware must be installed back with the tight-wound end of the spring going on first onto the new refill.
That should allow you to then install the nose cone back on with no issue and deploy the refill for you to enjoy your writing!
