• First Payment at Checkout: Your first payment will be due immediately at the time of checkout. This initial payment is typically higher than the subsequent installments.
• Automatic Payments: The remaining installment payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you have saved in your Shop Pay account. These payments will occur according to the payment plan you selected, which could be bi-weekly or monthly.
• Email Reminders: To help you stay on top of your payments, Shop Pay will send you email reminders before each installment is charged. This ensures that you are aware of when payments are due.

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
